The room was better than expected, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, close to the bay and within walking distance of all the attractions in the old city. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They provided great communication and even arranged an airport taxi for us. the room had great amenities, including a makeup table and a coffee maker. it was excellent value for money and offered a premium location.
The lack of parking outside the hotel, as cars are not allowed in the old town. However, there was free parking available nearby, albeit a short walk away.

The location was unbeatable, right by the Venetian Old Port with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist us with tips and recommendations.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The rooms at Santa Elena Boutique Rooms in Chania have a charming Venetian architecture that gives a unique and authentic feel to the stay. As a vegetarian/vegan, I felt a connection to the history and culture of the place.
Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold at times, but others may enjoy it, especially during hot summer days.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Artemi's Rooms in Chania. the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room, number 5, was elegant and spotless, with a lovely open balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast. the location couldn't have been better, just a 2-minute walk from the harbor front, surrounded by charming shops and restaurants in pedestrian alleyways. the room had efficient air conditioning, a beautiful bathroom, and a great shower pressure. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely return. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.
